How do I place a custom order for a ring portrait?
Before ordering send me a conversation with 1-3 pictures of your ring(s). I encourage you to snap a pic near a window or outside for the best lighting (it will bring out the sparkles). The more pictures you can send, the better. After that, you will then checkout through the ring portrait listing. Your pictures will automatically attach to your invoice! Don't forget to put the name or date you want on your portrait in the "notes to seller box" at checkout for order fulfilment.
How do I order a house portrait or ornament?
Before ordering send me a conversation with 1-3 pictures of your house. If parts of the house are hidden by trees or bushes, I can “trim” those back a bit. The most important detail is to make sure the front door is visible and I can see the color well. After that, you will get a message from me approving your order and you are ready to check out through the appropriate listing. Your pictures will automatically attach to your invoice! Don't forget to put the address or text you want on your portrait in the "notes to seller box" at checkout for order fulfilment.
What are dog inches?
I get this a lot in regards to the house portrait listing so you aren’t alone! All of the selections have the word “inches” pre-filled after it so the portrait selection with an animal added in, automatically says inches after it. It’s an add on for a pet, I promise you weren’t asleep that day in math class…but could you imagine if we measured in dogs?! 😂
Can I buy just the bridesmaid box without the items in there?
At this time this is a gift set and is not sold separately. The items in the box can be removed once it arrives to you if you would like to put other items in there or add pieces to what's already there. The boxes make the perfect accessory for your girls to keep their jewelry separated on the big day too.
Do you have anything for a bridesman that doesn't wear jewelry?
